Fortimize implemented Salesforce as the central platform for all investor-related activities, offering CRM capabilities for managing fundraising, investors, properties, and financials. The solution included a branded investor portal for self-service access, allowing investors to monitor activity and download documents. Complex profit and waterfall calculations were also consolidated on the Salesforce platform.
Results of the partnership include streamlined investor communication through Salesforce, cost savings by subsetting Dynamo, and transferring all calculations from Excel to Salesforce.
